[Hac-announce] David Niose Article

At yesterday's discussion of "Nonbeliever Nation: The Rise of Secular
America", Manny brought up an article that the author, David Niose, had
previously written, concerning whether non-believers should accept the
"Atheist" label.  He argues that they should.
