As we celebrate Spring and the regenerative powers of our Earth, remember that we are 
> stewards of this planet that is our home.
> 
> * Notice the trees beginning to bud, listen for the birds talking to one another, and reflect on the wonder of Spring.
> 
> *  Focus on your breath.  Breathe deeply in and out for a minute or two.
> Be grateful that you are alive!  
> 
> * Enjoy a healthy meal with lots of vegetables and fruit! 
> Be grateful for the Earth’s bounty, and make a commitment to be more supportive of sustainable agriculture and living practices, in your community and in your own backyard!
