[Hac-announce] June 2021 Book Discussion: "Stony the Road" by Henry Louis Gates, Jr.

Our book for June is Stony the Road: Reconstruction, White Supremacy, and the Rise of Jim Crow by Henry Louis Gates, Jr. The discussion will take place Saturday, June 19, 2021 at 2:30 pm. The June discussion will be in person outside at Town Center Park in Hamden unless it rains (in which case it will be by Zoom). The park extends from the south boundary of the Hamden Main Library, located at 2901 Dixwell Ave, Hamden. Following this event, all are invited to HAC's BYO Solstice Picnic at USNH at 700 Hartford Turnpike, Hamden. In July, our meetings will return to USNH.
