[Hac-announce] Big jump in COVID-19 in New Haven wastewater this week

This was posted on Twitter 4 hours ago by Jordan Peccia, Chair of Yale 
Department of Chemical and Environmental Engineering. There's been a big 
jump in COVID infected people in the New Haven area in the past few days 
on top of a jump in the last couple of weeks. Be extra careful folks!!!
