Our book for November is The Gospel of Wellness: Gyms, Gurus, Goop, and the False Promise of Self-Care by former wellness-industry journalist Rina Raphael. The discussion will take place on Saturday, November 16 at 2:30 pm at the Wilson Branch of the New Haven Free Public Library, located at 303 Washington Ave., New Haven.
