[Hac-announce] Volunteers needed for (and invitation to) New Haven Pride Block Party: Saturday, September 15, 4-10 PM

2018 will be the 20th anniversary of the New Haven Pride celebration. 
HAC will be tabling during the Block Party on Center Street from 4 to 10 
PM on Saturday, September 15.  Yale Humanist Community will be joining us.

We still need volunteers to help out at the table.  If you could help 
out that would be great.  Please contact me for more details.

This will be a great chance to celebrate the history and culture of New 
Haven's LBGTQ+ community, whether you're helping with the HAC table or not.

There will be food (apparently mostly in the Crown Street parking lot 
that opens onto Center Street), shopping, information booths, and 
entertainment including live performances and a DJ.

The Block Party starts right after the HAC's September Book Discussion, 
so stop by and say hello.
